The first bell for the 2019-2020 school year will ring in schools on Wednesday, September 11th. According to the relevant Presidential Decree, for the operation of kindergartens and primary schools. The school year period begins on September 1st and ends on August 31 of the following year.
The teaching year begins on September 1st and ends on June 21st of the following year.
Note that the lessons will start at 8.15 and not at 9.00. as decided by the previous leadership of the Ministry of Education.
