The 56-year-old Zakynthian who has been diagnosed as positive for the coronavirus was intubated last night.
In the morning he was transferred to the negative pressure ward of the ICU of Zakynthos hospital.
Yesterday afternoon, however he was hospitalized in the coronavirus specialised unit ward.
The health condition of the 56-year-old professional driver has deteriorated and the doctors who are treating him decided that he should be intubated.
