The Deputy Minister of Health honored the festive events on the island of Zakynthos –

The Deputy Minister of Health, Mina Gaga, sent her own message from Zakynthos, welcoming a new progress move that is taking place in the National Health System.
The intensive care unit was put into operation at the island’s hospital, with the deputy minister expressing her satisfaction, thanking those in charge.

We welcomed with great pleasure today at the General Assembly of Zakynthos the Deputy Minister of Health Ms. Gaga, the Commander of the 6th RAE Mr. Karvelis, the MP of Zakynthos Mr. Aktypis, the MP of Laconia Mr. Kritikos, the Governor Deputies of the Region Ms. Mothonaiou and Mr.Stasinopoulos and the Deputy Regional Governor Mr. Kapodistrias in the context of the visit by the Minister and the Governor of the 6th Health District to our island for the celebrations of the Union of the Ionian Islands. The Deputy Minister of Health and the Commander of the 6th RAE visited departments of the Hospital and talked to patients, visitors and staff, who expressed their satisfaction about the excellent quality of services of the Hospital. This was followed by a discussion about the staffing, the renewal of the medical-technological and the in stay accomodation equipment and the general operation of the Hospital between the guests and the members of the Board, Mr. Dionysios Varypatis and Mrs. Stefania Kapnisi, the Directors of the Services and the Scientific Council Mrs. Sotiria Drossou, Mr. Antonios Laftakis, Mr. Athanasios Markow as well as the representatives of the employees in an exceptional atmosphere.
