“Aroma” from Zakynthos will host this year’s renewed Greece’s Next Top Model (GNTM), as a former Athelete and Gymnastics Association of Zakynthos member (AGEZ) is participating, as well as her mother, who won the title of Miss Slovenia in 1998. We are referring to Mara Marli, who a few years ago was part of the Zakynthos Athletics Association with many Greek and international successes, in the long-distance event, and who in recent years has been in Thessaloniki studying German philosophy.
Her mother, Mikaela Novak, who was a model and won the Miss Slovenia title in 1998, is also participating in the competition.
When Mikaela lived with her family in Zakynthos for many years, she was a dance teacher before leaving for Thessaloniki with her husband Giorgos Marlis to be close to their daughter.
It is worth noting that Mikaela Novak, after the beauty pageants and the title of Miss Slovenia, also engaged in many charities, while also due to her popularity back in her country from 2002 until 2011 TV crews came to Zakynthos to interview her.
According to a report by yupi.gr, the two women succeeded and entered the house of GNTM and in fact the relationship between them, mother-daughter, has already attracted the public spotlight.
Specifically, it became known that 21 girls have already entered the GNTM house. Three of these girls are: Mikaela Novak Marley who is 47 years old, Mara Marley daughter of Mikaela Novak Marley and Alexia Traiko who is a professional model.
A total of 21 girls will take part in the pageant which will be telecasted by STAR channel and the first episodes will be aired from the beginning of the new TV season.
All that remains is to see is their progress in the competition, which aims to give the opportunity to those who want and think they have the qualifications to work professionally in the field of modeling. We wish them both good luck!
