The first cruise ship for this season was “moored” on Friday morning in the harbour area of Porto. It was the “Corinthian Valleta” which carried 90 passengers and 68 crewmen.
Tourists enjoyed their walk, although cloudy, throughout Zakynthos
Disembarking early in the morning at around 8:30a.m most enjoyed their walk in the city of Zakynthos, photographed in Solomos Square with the statue of Dionysios Solomos, while many of them had the opportunity to make an even longer tour of the mountainous areas of Zakynthos, the “shipwreck” and the Monastery of St. George of Kremnas.
The same cruise ship will moor again on our island, tomorrow, Tuesday.
