Saturday, the 6th of August is a double celebration for Zakynthos. We celebrate Agios Sotiris and the Cultural Association of Keri “H Ambelos” will be organising a true Zakynthian event.

 

The Association will present a typical Zakynthian “glenti” meaning celebration involving music song and dance, of course there will be lots of Zakynthian delights at the glenti, too.

If you enjoy Zakynthos and want to experience our culture then this event is a must!

Louise is Australian born and has been a Greek citizen since 1991. She has deep cultural ties with the island, often writing about Zakynthian Traditions and Culture.
