Well done to the team ΞΥΠΝΕΙΣΤΕΕΕΕ!!! (WAKE UP!!!)
A group created with the aim of awakening and alerting Zakynthians about the problems of our Island and taking action.
As we are in the height of the summer season and that also means in the field of entertainment, posters of every sort have filled our Island advertising the fact.
One member of the group Mr Giannis Staveris, realizing the problem, in regards to the removal of these posters after an event, decided to take action.
He also uploaded photos on his Social Media page stating
“Like every time the same night before the concert even ends we start and remove our Posters. In a few hours there will be none anywhere… I know we are the only ones doing it but we hope at some point others will imitate us to have a cleaner city”
The message couldn’t be quite clearer…. We want our city cleaner… then take action!
The poster was of well known Greek singer, Natassa Bofiliou who gave a concert organised by Radio Station “Rythmos 94.3, at the garden theater of Auriakou in Zakynthos, on
Sunday, July 17. As we can see in the photos, the posters we removed almost immediately, some even before the concert ended.
Zakynthos Informer as part of volunteers actions around the Island would like to whole heartedly congratulate the team for their actions… Well Done guys!!!
