Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will deliver an extraordinary speech tomorrow on the course of the coronavirus pandemic ahead of Christmas.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis is expected to talk about the latest data of EODY and the rapid increase in cases, intubations and deaths, while he will also report that hospitals are facing great pressure.
In addition, he will try to convince those who are afraid of being vaccinated to get vaccinated.
Finally, the Prime Minister is expected to ask for greater attention by citizens in view of Christmas and will insist that the country does not “lockdown” however, the unvaccinated will not be able to celebrate Christmas like the rest of the vaccinated citizens.
The epidemiological data over the last days as shown a great spread of Covid, which do not allow for complacency, especially in view of the Christmas holidays when even greater mobility of citizens and increase of the movements is expected.
