Greece:- Protocols for Students Pan Hellenic Exams, 2022

The protocol regarding the sanitary measures that will be valid in this year’s Panhellenic examinations, as well as during the examination of the music courses “Music performance and interpretation”, “Music perception and knowledge” and the practical tests for admission to TEFAA, was announced by the Ministry Education.

 

Specifically, according to the announcement:

 

  1. The Chairman and the members of the Examination Committees of each examination center for the candidates of general, special, music courses, which are examined in writing or orally, ensure that:

 

(a) keep a distance of one and a half meters between the candidates;

 

  1. b) the mandatory use of a protective mask applies to all indoor areas;

 

  1. c) to avoid concurrency.

 

  1. Teachers and administrators who have not been vaccinated, or have been ill within the last six months, and participate in any way in the national examinations, are obliged to perform a laboratory test for coronavirus COVID-19 (PCR or rapid test, at their expense) once a week, up to 48 hours before their arrival at the educational structures.

 

  1. Care must be taken for adequate natural ventilation of examination halls and for ensuring the cleanliness of the examination centers-school units.

 

  1. To conduct an examination of the course “Musical performance and interpretation”:

 

(a) the use of wind and percussion instruments is permitted;

 

  1. b) a distance of 3 meters is observed between the examinee and the examiners-assessors located behind a screen;

 

  1. c) the musical instruments are cleaned with disinfectant liquid before their use by each candidate.

 

  1. The following applies to the conduct of practical tests for the admission of TEFAA candidates:

 

(a) disinfectant cleaning of test instruments and auxiliary equipment before use;

 

  1. b) the observance of a distance of one and a half meters between the candidates in the places of preparation or warm-up of the candidates. In any case, the relevant instructions from the Health Scientific Committee of the General Secretariat of Sports apply.
