In the small town of Tiverton in Devon, UK, Greek resident Dimitris Paparounis and his wife Harry, have opened a patisserie called Salt and Sugar. Dimitris is originally from Athens, but now lives in the UK with his family. Their new patisserie, which opened recently, specialises in traditional Greek deserts and breads. Opening Salt and Sugar has allowed the couple to make their dream of owning their shop a reality.
