From Monday, 08/04, there will road works on the coastal road of town.
Therefore, drivers are asked to be careful and pay attention to the signs.
The contractor, who is doing the work, has announced that there will be diversions, in sections, from 10th April to the 10th May as follows:
from Stefanou street to Solomos square and
from the Port Authority to Agios Haralambos bridge
The work will be done in stages, will be sign-posted and drivers must comply.
Apart from these points, there will be interventions both in town and on other roads in need of maintenance.
Diversions will also be needed, soon, for Foskolos street as the contractor will
begin repairing the road that is in a miserable condition and the depth of the potholes is constantly growing.
Because Easter is approaching and the tourist season has begun, it will take patience on the part of drivers until the work is completed.
