The Ecclesiastical Council of Planos and all its members, the Hotel Association of Arcadians and “Milanio” Maritime Museum at Planos will hold, for the 8th year, the custom that was established by the Maritime Museum, that of the offering of an Easter egg, on the Saturday evening to our fellow travellers and visitors who, with surprise and thanks, respond to the wishes. The colourful and joyful pouches are made up of red eggs, easter biscuits, laurels and wishes for Good Resurrection.

EASTER MONDAY, 29th APRIL
PANYGIRI – TRADITIONAL CHURCH-NAMEDAY CELEBRATION
At the Holy Church of Panagia Keriotissa, Keri. At 21.00.
The church will celebrate, its nameday, with every ecclesiastical grandeur.
A traditional panygiri will take place in the courtyard of the church.
Easter Sunday, 28th April
At 19.30 the Vespers of Love will be held, at the end of which will be a procession of the Icon of Our Lady Keriotissa inside the church.
Easter Monday, 29th April
At 08.30, the Orthros/Matins will be performed, and then the Divine Liturgy, in the presence of his Eminence, Our Metropolitan Dionysios.
At 10.30, a procession of the Sacred Icons of Panagia Keriotissa and the Resurrection in the village will take place.
In the afternoon of the same day, Easter Monday, a traditional panygiri will take place.

Nameday celebrations have been transferred to this day, due to the Greek Orthodox Easter, of the Holy Monastery of Agios Yeorgos Krimnon, according to the following programme:

On Easter Wednesday, at 8.30, the Orthros / Matins will be held, followed by the Primordial Divine Liturgy.

Come and feel the joy of mother to mother support, check out the current information on breastfeeding issues and meet mothers with common interests and philosophy.
The conversation is coordinated by Konstantina Giannioti, Advisor to the Association of Breastfeeding Greece – La Leche League Greece, who is specially trained and with personal experience to breastfeeding mothers, who volunteers her services.
