Just nine volunteers from the Environmental – Social Responsibility & Awakening team “GREEN ACTIVIST GROUP”, managed today (16/05) in the morning to collect 52 large garbage bags of our waste along the airport road (a distance of about 1,200 meters) !!

Tourist season has just started and more and more visitors will be enjoying our Island. Let’s make it a clean Island and do your part to keep it clean.

Well done to all the volunteer teams across the island. Especially to the individual volunteers that daily make our home a more beautiful place to live in.

Bravo to the Green Activist team once again.

Louise is Australian born and has been a Greek citizen since 1991. She has deep cultural ties with the island, often writing about Zakynthian Traditions and Culture.
